Logan, Utah is a beautiful city that forms the heart of Cache Valley. Founded in 1859, around 50,000 people call Logan home. From families to students, Logan offers something for everyone. 

Logan is a nature lover's paradise because it is situated against the Bear River Mountain Range. There are miles and miles of hiking and biking trails in and around the city. The spring, summer, and fall months are especially great times to get out and experience the natural beauty that Logan has to offer. During the winter months, there are still great opportunities for fun. Beaver Mountain Ski Area is just a 50-minute drive up Logan  Canyon and fantastic snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails are plentiful as well.

The neighborhoods of Logan each offer something unique. Adams neighborhood includes the Cache Valley Mall, Logan Regional Hospital, Adams Elementary School, the Whittier Community Center, the LDS Logan Temple, the Logan Fire Department, and Mount Logan Middle School. There are also numerous shopping areas off Main Street in and around Adams neighborhood.

Utah State University, Utah's largest land-grant university which has about 16,000 students enroled from all 50 states and 78 countries at it's Logan campus. The students create a youthful and lively environment in and around Logan. Utah State Aggie football and basketball games draw students and locals alike and are always a good time.

The neighborhood of Hillcrest includes the Logan Golf and Country Club, the First Dam Recreation Area, Lundstrom Park, Logan Cemetery, Utah State University, and Hillcrest Elementary as well as various walking and biking trails. 

Bridger neighborhood has many parks including Bridger Park and Logan City park, as well as Bridgerland Technical College, the Oak Meadows Apartment Community, Bridgerland Meadows, and the Maple Valley Apartments. 

The Ellis neighborhood is located on the south side of Main Street from W 1000 N to W 200 N and includes Ellis Elementary School, the Logan Library, Bridgerland Park. 

Logan's Historic Downtown is included in the neighborhood of Woodruff. Logan High School, the Logan Community Recreation Center the Logan Fairgrounds, and Logan River Golf Course are found in the Woodruff neighborhood. Some of the many beautiful parks located in Woodruff are Fairview Park, Willow Park, and Logan Medows Park.

The area included in the neighborhood of Wilson has access to beautiful views of Cache Valley. Much of Historic Downtown Logan is also included in Wilson, as well as the Logan Tabernacle, River Hollow Park, Merlin Olsen Central Park, and the Hyrum Gibbons Mount Logan Park. Beautiful hiking trails are also accessible through Dry Canyon as well. 

Several major companies are headquartered in Logan, including the Space Dynamics Laboratory, ICON Health & Fitness, S&S Worldwide, Gossner Foods, the Utah Festival Opera, Ifrogz, and Altra Zero Drop Footwear.
